Function:  SYRMDIR( <expC1> ) --> integer

Synopsis:  Erases the subdirectory passed as parameter.

           <expC1> the subdirectory to be erased.

Notes:     The subdirectory to be erased must be empty.

Returns:   0 if erased correctly
           an integer < 0 on error
